You’ll play an important role in preparing and serving our menus, while helping to maintain clean, safe and well-organised spaces that everyone can feel comfortable in.
What you’ll do:
Provide a high standard of customer care in a friendly, professional and courteous manner.
Serve in coffee shops and restaurants, serving customers at the counter, operating a till system, clearing tables, dishwashing and general catering duties.
Undertake basic food preparation, adhering to relevant health, safety and hygiene legislation, completing training required.
We have two term-time positions working 40 weeks per year, with hours of 8:00am to 3:30pm on Sunday, and either Monday or Tuesday 4:00pm - 8:00pm.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who has strong communication skills and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team, and who also:
Has good basic numeracy and literacy skills.
Is willing to undertake Food Safety training.
Can work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
