We are looking for a compassionate, reliable Full‑Time Support Worker to work in BEXHILL to join our growing team. This is a rewarding role where you’ll be supporting adults to live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. This will include working alternate weekends. Visits can consist of morning, lunch, teatime and evening visits on a fair rota.
As a Support Worker, you will provide person‑centred care tailored to each individual’s needs. Duties may include personal care, meal preparation, administering medication, companionship, taking clients to social activities/appointments and supporting clients with daily living tasks. Every day is different, and every visit makes a real difference.
