We are looking for staff to join The Keekle who is enthusiastic, helpful and willing to work within a team. We are a small family run business which is located near Whitehaven.
We are looking for several members of staff to join our hardworking team. Weekend availability is a necessity for this role. As well as regular availability for key seasonal holidays and dates.
Part-time and permanent roles are available with prospect for the right individual to become a front of house manager. The successful applicants will be responsible for assisting the team to provide a seamless and relaxed experience for our customers.
Duties will include:
- Approaching customers in a welcoming and positive manner.
- Reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences.
- Ability to select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to customers.
- Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
- Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons.
- Maintaining a clean working environment. Removing rubbish, cleaning tables, washing tables, glasses and equipment.
- Ensuring customer requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
- Provide a level of service that exceeds customer expectations.
