Overview
Work as a Clinical Lead for a local provider for a residential and Nursing home. As a Clinical Lead with experience in the care home sector you will be providing support to the Home manager and team.

Deputy Manager Requirements:
- RGN Qualified
- CQC experience
- Clinical Lead experience essential
- Nursing pin essential
As a Clinical Lead, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Home Manager and other Deputy manager with the care home. You will be focusing on helping improve the quality of the home and care level of the staff.
