Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of food items in accordance with established recipes and health standards
- Provide professional barbering services, including hair styling, trimming, and grooming for clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with enquiries and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cooking area and barbering station
- Manage stock levels, restock supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are upheld at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate point-of-sale systems as required
- Promote products and services to maximise sales opportunities
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service within a retail or hospitality environment
- Skilled in hair styling and barbering techniques with relevant qualifications preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Organised with strong time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
