Responsibilities

- Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs effectively.
- Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their culinary skills and professional development.
- Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor kitchen equipment, cleanliness, and organisation to uphold a safe working environment.

Experience
- experience within a busy kitchen environment.
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food production across diverse cuisines.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative atmosphere.
