Are you working in recruitment and enjoy the candidate side of the process more than sales and business development?
I'm working with a well-established specialist recruitment business that is looking to hire a Delivery Consultant to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 12 months' recruitment experience who enjoys sourcing, engaging and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process and wants to continue building their career in a delivery-focused role.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing recruitment processes from qualification through to placement
- Sourcing and engaging candidates across specialist markets
- Building and maintaining talent pools
- Preparing candidates for interviews and managing feedback
- Managing offers and supporting candidates through to their start date
- Working closely with experienced consultants to deliver against live vacancies
- Building strong, long-term relationships with candidates
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 12 months' recruitment agency experience is essential
- Experience managing candidates through the recruitment process
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach to sourcing and candidate engagement
- Someone who enjoys the delivery side of recruitment and wants to continue developing in this area
This is not a sales role, so it is ideally suited to someone who gets genuine satisfaction from finding great candidates, managing recruitment processes and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
