The Lake District Castle Inn is a busy 4 star hotel located 7 miles from Keswick, Lake District. We are seeking to recruit a Full time Hotel Receptionist to join our team.
The role covers all aspects of hotel reception, including check-in and out, answering calls, dealing with guest enquiries and reservations. The candidate will have previous experience in 3 or 4 star hotels, be bright and friendly, good communication and customer service skills and have worked with front office systems previously.
This is a full-time role and will involve working 5 days out of 7 including weekends, bank holidays and school/Christmas holidays. The role requires early and late shifts, generally 7-2pm, 2-9pm.
You are the face of the Hotel as guests arrive. We require a friendly, guest focused individual with a passion for delivering first class service.
