The Role
As a Chef, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining the standards expected within a premium restaurant environment. You will work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team in a fast-paced but rewarding service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking dishes to specification
- Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Ensuring preparation is completed efficiently before service
- Supporting team members during busy periods
- Following company food safety and brand standards
- Completing all required kitchen training programmes
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1 year chef experience in a busy kitchen or restaurant
- Passion for fresh food and high-quality presentation
- Positive attitude and strong team ethic
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy services
- Commitment to training and professional standards
- Full right to work in the UK is essential
