Duties
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Providing clear legal advice to clients and internal teams on various legal issues.
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as required.
- Conducting legal research to stay abreast of current laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Managing case files efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Liaising with external counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate legal processes.
- Ensuring organisational compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
- Supporting the development of internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Solicitor or in a similar legal role for at least 3 years.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favourable outcomes for clients or organisation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: From £36,000.00 per year
