We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our vibrant childcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting children's development, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, and fostering positive learning experiences. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
- Support children’s learning through personalised care and tailored educational strategies.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and independence.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to inform future planning and reporting.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork.
- Manage daily routines such as mealtimes, nap times, and outdoor play sessions efficiently.
- Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the wellbeing of all children in your care.
- Contribute to the organisation’s continuous improvement by participating in team meetings and professional development activities.
Experience
- Nursery or pre-school setting experience
- Working as part of a nursery team
- practical knowledge of the EYFS
- Planning and delivering age appropriate activities
- observing and assessment children's development
