Job description
We are looking for live in cleaner/caretaker for a launderette who will benefit from rent free accommodation (2 bedrooms). Immediate start.
Responsibilities include:
· closing the launderette seven days a week
· cleaning the shop and equipment
· routine health and safety checks (training provided)
· dealing with customer queries
Other than the time of closing the shop, there are no set hours during which tasks are to be performed. It is an average of 1hr work a day.
The successful candidates should have:
· Ability to undertake role with limited/no supervision
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Desire for responsibility and trust
· Drive and ambition to complete tasks in a timely and effective manner
We are looking to appoint an at-home person. It will be advantageous if they offer to do Service Washing on a regular routine basis.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 7 per week
Pay: £1,000.00-£8,000.00 per year
