We are seeking an experienced and professional Barber to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Providing a range of barbering services including haircuts and beard trims tailored to client preferences
- Consulting with clients to understand their desired style and offering professional advice on suitable looks
- Maintaining a clean and organised workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sterilised and maintained
- Building rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and foster a positive salon atmosphere
- Managing appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow
- Staying updated with current trends in hair styling and barbering techniques to deliver modern, fashionable results
Experience
- Proven experience as a Barber, demonstrating proficiency in various haircutting and grooming techniques
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide tailored advice
- Knowledge of hair styling products, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience working with diverse clientele is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm for continuous learning is valued

Pay: £26,500.00-£31,200.00 per year
