We are looking for a new chef to help us for the summer months and possibly beyond, either full or part time but must include working weekends
ideally may - september with the possibility of continued work or contract extension
around 30-45 hrs per week can discuss

About you...
We want you to have experience in a fresh food environment, reliability is key for us. As our Chef de Partie you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our team of 5 chefs. If you're passionate about fresh food cooking you're likely to be our kind of person and we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- have a key input into menu development and design using the best local ingrediants
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in the organisation and cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- run our outside BBQ kitchen
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a chef in a pub or similar is required
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A passion for cooking and creating high-quality dishes.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay rates are pro rataed for less hours full amount available for 45hrs a week
