The Roles
Shift Manager / Manager in Training (MIT) - Perfect if you’re a Team Leader or Supervisor from hospitality or retail looking for your first proper step into management.
- 12-week structured training programme
- Starting salary: £29,282 plus development and sign-off bonuses (included within OTE)
- Clear plan to progress into Assistant Manager and then Store Manager
Assistant Manager - For people already working in hands-on management roles in quick service or hospitality.
- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
- Starting salary: £30,387 plus KPI and performance-related bonuses (included within OTE)
- Fast-track path to Store Manager, typically within 9–12 months for strong performers
Store Manager - For experienced Store Managers who want a fresh challenge with a well-known brand.
- Full responsibility for store performance, people and KPIs
- Base salary: £33,000 with potential earnings up to £45,000 OTE, including KPI and performance-related bonuses

What you’ll be doing
In all management roles you will:
- Lead and motivate a large, mixed team on busy shifts
- Make sure pizzas are made to Domino’s quality standards and sent out quickly
- Look after food hygiene, health & safety and store cleanliness
- Control labour, food and other daily costs to protect profit
- Deliver high standards of customer service and presentation
- Work with and manage store KPI targets
- Handle day-to-day people issues and solve problems calmly under pressure
