We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Partnership Executive to join our growing team in Ferndown. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in sales and business development within a successful and expanding organisation.
Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates from sales, recruitment, customer service, hospitality, estate agency, retail management or account management backgrounds.

The Role
As a Sales & Partnership Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with referral partners and commercial brokers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify inbound customer enquiries.
- Follow up previous and dormant opportunities.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling.
- Build relationships with brokers, referral partners and aggregators.
- Support lead generation and business development activities.
- Arrange customer viewings and appointments.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
What We're Looking For
- Experience within sales, customer service, recruitment, hospitality, estate agency, retail management, account management or a similar customer-facing role.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Good organisational and administrative abilities.
- IT literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- CRM experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
