Were now looking for a reliable and customerfocused Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our team at our High Wycombe branch.

Serving trade and retail customers at the counter

Processing customer orders and enquiries facetoface and over the phone

Recommending products and solutions to meet customer needs

Building strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities

Resolving customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally

Maintaining strong product and technical knowledge
-
Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times

Supporting the branch with general daytoday tasks
-
Trade counter or plumbing merchant experience
-
DIY, builders merchant, or trade background (preferred)
-
Full UK driving licence
-
Good industry and product knowledge
-
Confident communication and customer service skills
-
Basic numeracy skills (addition & subtraction)

Ability to prioritise workload and work with minimal supervision

Friendly, approachable, and a strong team player

Willingness to undertake training and develop in the role
