Recruitment Operations & Systems Coordinator

Salary: 28,000 - 30,000
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Recruitment Operations & Systems Coordinator to support the effective management of our recruitment systems, operational processes and business support functions.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in administration, operations, recruitment support or systems coordination who enjoys working with data, technology and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain recruitment and business systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Administer timesheet and compliance processes, ensuring records are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including user accounts, system access and platform setup.
- Support CRM and database management, including data cleansing, reporting and record maintenance.
- Produce reports and business data to support operational decision-making.
- Support system integrations, automation tools and operational workflows.
- Liaise with internal teams, software providers and IT support functions to resolve system issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and data quality.
- Support wider operational activities and provide cover for colleagues when required.
- Assist with business projects and operational initiatives as required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within administration, operations, recruitment support, systems administration or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience working with CRM, ATS or business systems.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
