We are looking for Rail Infrastructure Operatives. No previous railway experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to give you the skills, knowledge and qualifications needed to succeed.
As a Rail Infrastructure Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the UK's rail network. Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll help carry out essential maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, installations, and repairs, ensuring the railway remains safe, reliable, and operational for millions of passengers and freight services.
Full Training Included
Successful candidates will receive training, including:
- Safety Critical Training
- Personal Track Safety (PTS)
- Overhead Line Equipment Awareness (OLEC1)
- Track Induction Course (TIC)
- Manual Handling
- First Aid & Fire Safety Awareness
- Small Plant & Tools Training
- Track Maintenance
- Track Construction
