MiniStars Childcare Ltd is looking for experienced practitioners qualified to NVQ level 2 or above in Early Years. You must be imaginative, enthusiastic, have excellent organisational, communication and people skills. A good working knowledge of the Revised Early Years Foundation Stage is essential as well as the OFSTED standards. You must have experience of working within a key worker system, carrying out observations, planning and assessments, tracking the children's progress and contributing to their individual 'learning journals.
