We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management, collecting documents from potential tenants
- Answer phone calls with professional etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Maintain and update records using Microsoft Office applications, Alto software
- Assist with scheduling appointments, viewings, and coordinating office activities
- Prepare correspondence, reports - as required
- Provide general clerical support to staff members as needed
Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative background
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to details
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and administrative processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
