Aftersales Customer Service Advisor
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Aftersales Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team.
Working within our Aftersales department, you will support customers with queries and complaints, ensuring the best possible outcome. You’ll liaise with manufacturers, distributors, and local bike shops to manage warranty claims and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle aftersales queries and complaints via phone and email
- Investigate customer issues and provide effective resolutions
- Manage warranty claims from start to finish
- Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers for repairs/replacements
- Coordinate collections, workshop repairs, and re-delivery
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
About You
- Confident communicator with strong phone and written skills
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Well-organised with good attention to detail
- Positive, solution-focused approach to problem solving
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Previous experience in customer service, complaints handling, or telesales
- Interest in the cycling industry or technical products
- Experience handling warranty claims or similar processes
