With summer fast approaching, we are looking for some great bartenders to help bolster our vibrant fun Quay Bar and function bar.
We are looking for a charismatic person with a passion for making cocktails, coffees, wine and other drinks.
RESPONSIBILITIS:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Adhere to the dress code and are always presentable
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Learn and understand both bar and lounge menu
- Make sure the bars are fully restocked and replenished at all times bar
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Training is provideded.
Salary dependant on age and experince
Due to serving alcohol, the minimum age for applicants is 18.
