We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our successful lettings team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and is confident managing the full lettings process from start to finish.
You will play a key role in driving lettings performance, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants, and supporting the continued growth of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of landlords and tenants, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the lettings process.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and progress tenancies through to move‑in.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, offering expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and compliance.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and local market knowledge.
- Support property marketing, including photography, listings, and promotional strategies.
- Ensure all documentation and processes comply with current lettings legislation.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve branch targets and deliver outstanding results.
About You
- Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator within a UK estate agency.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and customer‑service skills.
- Confident working in a busy environment and managing multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
