The Role
You will provide one-to-one coaching to neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and other neurodevelopmental differences. Coaching will focus on helping individuals understand their neurotype, build self-awareness, develop practical strategies, and improve confidence, independence and wellbeing.
Areas of support may include:
- Executive functioning and organisation
- Time management and planning
- Emotional regulation
- Self-advocacy and communication
- Workplace and educational challenges
- Building routines and sustainable habits
- Goal setting and accountability
- Post-diagnostic adjustment and identity
- Managing overwhelm, burnout and stress
- Strengths-based personal development
Essential Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate:
- A recognised coaching qualification (e.g. ILM Level 3+, CMI Level 5+, ICF, EMCC or Association for Coaching accredited programme) and experience supporting neurodivergent individuals.
- Experience supporting neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, Autism and/or related conditions)
- Strong understanding of neurodiversity-affirming practice
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Commitment to safeguarding, equality and inclusion
- Ability to maintain accurate records and professional boundaries

- Certified ADHD Life Coach qualifications
