We are currently recruiting Qualified Nursery Practitioners to work with a range of nurseries, pre-schools, and early years settings across Suffolk, including Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Sudbury, and surrounding areas.

The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged 0-5 years.
Working as part of a dedicated early years team, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn through play and develop essential skills ready for school and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
- Monitoring and recording children's progress
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development
- Ensuring safeguarding and welfare requirements are met at all times
- Assisting with daily routines, including meal times and personal care where required
About You
We would love to hear from candidates who hold one of the following:
- Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Qualification
- Level 3 Early Years Educator Qualification
- CACHE Level 2 or Level 3
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare
- Equivalent recognised Early Years qualification
The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent communication skills
- A caring and nurturing approach
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Strong teamwork and organisational skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with children and families

Requirements
- Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or above)
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous nursery or childcare experience is desirable
