About the Role
We are looking for kind and compassionate individuals to join our team in Littlehampton as Carers. You’ll be supporting people in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.
No previous experience is required — full training will be provided.
Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Pay Rates
- £14.20 per hour (weekdays)
- £15.20 per hour (weekends)
- £21.20 per hour (bank holidays)
- £30.20 per hour (special bank holidays)
- 40p Per Mile travel
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
- Assisting with medication
- Light household duties
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Supporting with shopping and errands
- Delivering specialist care (full training provided where required)
