Overview
We are seeking a skilled labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and possess a diverse range of skills to effectively contribute to various building projects.
This role requires proficiency in both manual and power tools, alongside a commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards.
The role is due to start very soon, so we are looking for somebody who is available for an immediate start.
Duties
- Utilise hand tools and power tools to perform various construction tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, roofing, and masonry.
- Install and repair structures, including walls, roofs, and flooring, while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Fabricate components as necessary for specific projects, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
Experience
- Proven experience as a labourer or in a similar role within the construction industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.
- Experience with roofing, bricklaying, plumbing, electrical work, framing, and Building Control in the London area is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Travel Requirements
You must be able to commute to local London areas each morning or live within approximately 20 minutes if collection is required.
