Support Worker – Residential Children Care
Location: North East Lincolnshire
Pay: Starting from £14.50 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing tailored support to meet the individual needs of service users
- Supporting all personal care needs
- Organising and participating in recreational and therapeutic activities
- Building positive relationships and encouraging personal growth
- Responding calmly and effectively to challenging behaviours
- Supporting people to achieve positive outcomes and independence
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a care or support role
- Reliable, empathetic, and excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and well-organised
- Passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Enhanced DBS check (paid for by us)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (not essential)
