Your new role
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues

Diagnose and repair faults in plumbing systems (leaks, blockages, pipework, etc.)

Carry out general plumbing maintenance and minor installations

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulations

Maintain accurate records of work carried out

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Participate in an on-call rota (occasional)
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Plumber
- Proven experience in reactive maintenance or similar role
-
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
-
Full UK driving licence
-
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
