Kennedys NQ+ Associate – Property Damage

Kennedys is looking to recruit an NQ+ Associate to join our well-established Property Damage team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a market-leading insurance practice handling high-quality, complex work for a global client base.
The Role
You will work on a broad range of property damage matters, including:
- Coverage and liability disputes arising from major losses
- Commercial and domestic property claims
- Instructing and liaising with experts, counsel, insurers and insureds
- Early responsibility, exposure to significant claims, and the opportunity to work closely with partners and senior associates.
About You
- Experience of insurance litigation and/or property damage work (either pre- or post-qualification)
- Strong technical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
