EYFS Teacher – Hillingdon

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and nurturing EYFS-based Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hillingdon from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Early Years practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality, child-centred learning within a strong EYFS setting.

The Role:
- Deliver high-quality EYFS-based teaching in line with the Early Years Framework
- Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences across both indoor and outdoor provision
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that supports exploration and independence
- Support children’s development across the prime areas (communication, physical development, personal, social and emotional development)
- Use continuous provision effectively to enhance learning opportunities
- Observe, assess, and track children’s progress in line with EYFS development stages
- Support early phonics, literacy, numeracy, and communication development
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners, including SEN and EAL pupils
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and parents to support pupil progress
- Maintain strong safeguarding practices and promote a positive learning environment
- Contribute to planning, assessments, and EYFS curriculum development
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Strong experience or training within EYFS (Nursery or Reception)
- Deep understanding of the EYFS Framework and early child development
- Strong knowledge of continuous provision and child-led learning
- Passion for creating engaging, play-based learning environments
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
- Enthusiastic, reflective, and proactive teaching approach

Pay: £37,870.00-£52,490.00 per year
