Skin Therapist (Level 3 Qualified)About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out professional skin consultations and treatments to the highest clinical standard.
- Deliver personalised treatment plans while ensuring exceptional client care throughout their journey.
- Monitor client progress and accurately maintain treatment records.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms.
- Manage client bookings, follow-ups and treatment plans.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing education, support and ongoing guidance.
- Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and treatment room presentation.
- Ensure all clinical protocols, health & safety procedures and infection control standards are followed.
- Assist with stock management and clinic organisation.
- Continue learning and developing knowledge of acne, skin conditions and advanced treatment protocols through ongoing training.
- Contribute to our growing Social Media plaform
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Previous experience performing professional skin treatments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using booking systems, email and messaging platforms.
- A genuine passion for skin health and helping clients achieve outstanding results.
- Professional, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
- Experience working within a specialist skin or acne clinic.
- Knowledge of advanced skin treatments and skincare products.
- Experience with consultation-led treatment plans.

Please note: This is on a self employed basis with the following hours -
Tuesday: 8:30am - 7:30pm
Thursday: 8:30am - 7:30pm
Friday 8:30am- 7:30pm
Hours could be modified for the correct candidate but there will be a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
