Barista / Café All-Rounder
We're looking for a passionate, experienced Barista and Café All-Rounder to join our team.
We're after someone who takes pride in making exceptional coffee, enjoys creating great customer experiences, and is excited to contribute their own knowledge and ideas. If you have experience refining drink recipes, introducing new techniques, or helping elevate a café's beverage offering, we'd love to hear from you.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent barista skills with experience producing consistently high-quality coffee.
- Someone who brings fresh ideas and enjoys collaborating with the team.
- Friendly and confident providing outstanding customer service.
- Willingness to help wherever needed, including front-of-house duties during busy periods.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong focus on cleanliness, food safety, and maintaining a tidy workspace throughout the day.
- Comfortable with opening and closing duties, restocking supplies, and keeping the café running smoothly.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and has a genuine passion for hospitality.
Pay: £80.00-£100.00 per day
