Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including table setting and clearing
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly
- Support barista duties if applicable, including preparing specialised coffee drinks
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Assist in setting up catering events and special functions when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings if required
- A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Personal presentation that reflects the professional standards of our establishment
