AMac Window Cleaning is a family run business with over 20 years’ experience in the industry, and we are looking for a permanent, full-time window cleaner to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing window cleaning, conservatory cleaning, gutter cleaning and building cleans, to a high standard, for commercial and residential customers throughout Wiltshire.
The ideal candidate will be someone who meets the following requirements:
- enjoys working outside in all weather conditions.
- ability to work as part of a team or independently.
- strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- excellent time management skills, and the ability to be flexible to arrive on time and to complete all tasks efficiently.
- attention to detail and motivated to deliver high quality work.
- ability to record your progress and follow instructions on a window cleaning app.
- hold a UK drivers’ licence, with van driving experience beneficial, and be confident to drive to various job sites, adhering to traffic regulations.
- Must be over 21 years old due to fleet insurance requirements.
Salary £27,000 to £29,000 per year, overtime available, new customer bonus scheme, and additional bonus payments. Company pension scheme. Working hours 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday (flexibility and early starts are required to meet business needs). 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. Company vehicle provided for work.
