Field Care Supervisor – Up to £27,000 per annum depending on experience

We are currently recruiting a Field Care Supervisor to join our growing healthcare team at Bluebird Care Wolverhampton.
Experience within the care industry is essential, and previous experience as a Field Care Supervisor or similar supervisory role will be highly advantageous.
Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle for work purposes, including participation in the on-call rota.

The role of a Field Care Supervisor includes:
- Supervising and supporting care assistants in the field
- Carrying out spot checks, supervisions, and competency assessments
- Ensuring high standards of care are delivered consistently
- Supporting with customer assessments, reviews, and care planning
- Responding to changes in care packages and assisting with scheduling where required
- Building strong relationships with customers, their families, and the care team
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing for every customer
