The HR Advisor Role:
· Provide hands on HR support and practical guidance to managers and employees across our retail shops and Head Office, building strong working relationships at all levels
· Take ownership of employee relation matters from start to finish, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and employee wellbeing cases
· Lead formal and informal meetings (in person, by phone, or video), including investigations, hearings and outcome decision making
· Confidently manage sensitive and complex situations, including performance issues and dismissals, ensuring all processes are fair, consistent, and in line with Warren James processes and procedures
· Follow and maintain company policies and procedures
· Carry out day to day HR administrative duties
The HR Advisor Role Essentials:
· HR experience gained in a similar environment and ideally a multi-sited organisation
· A good knowledge and use of employment law and HR processes
· Ability to communicate clearly and articulately both verbally and in writing
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and confident keyboard skills
· Ability to work hands on in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
· Organised with a competence to prioritise own workload
· Occasional travel will be required
