Field Service Engineer About the Role
We’re hiring a skilled Field Service Engineer to maintain, repair, and diagnose faults on construction and plant machinery. This is a field-based role covering Leeds, supported by a depot team, manufacturer-led training, and strong technical backup.

Field Service Engineer What You’ll Be Doing
- Field-based diagnostics, repair, and servicing of plant equipment
- Attending breakdowns and performing fault-finding
- Using digital tools for job cards and timekeeping
- Collaborating with service supervisors and parts teams
- Ordering parts accurately and keeping machines compliant
- Mentoring apprentices or junior engineers (as required)
Field Service Engineer What We’re Looking For
- NVQ level 3 in Plant or Mechanical Engineering or time served
- Competence in diagnostics and fault-finding
- Good customer-facing skills and time management
- Full UK Driving Licence
