We’re looking for a motivated Parts Advisor to join our Volkswagen/Skoda dealership in Redditch.

What You’ll Be Doing
-
Receiving, checking, and properly storing stock daily
-
Picking, packing, and dispatching parts and orders accurately and efficiently
-
Ordering parts and accessories under the guidance of the Service Manager

Maintaining accurate departmental records and filing systems
-
Ensuring compliance with company policies and Dealership Operating Standards

Providing excellent customer service, responding promptly and courteously to enquiries
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a parts environment preferred

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Ability to respond to customer needs professionally and efficiently
-
Target-driven mindset with a proactive, self-motivated approach
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Full UK driving licence
