We are currently seeking experienced GDC-registered Consultant Dental Surgeons across the UK to join our expert witness panel. Your clinical expertise will support medico-legal cases involving dental surgery complications, delayed diagnosis, and treatment disputes.
Your comprehensive, clear reports will assist legal and insurance claims.
Role: Consultant Dental Surgeon – Medico-Legal Expert Witness
Location: Nationwide (desktop reviews and in-person assessments as required)
Assignment Types: Surgical Complications, Delayed Diagnosis, Treatment Outcomes, Consent Issues
Pay Range: £700–£1,200 per completed report (depending on complexity)
Turnaround: Reports typically due within 10–14 days

GDC-registered Consultant Dental Surgeon
Experience or interest in medico-legal reporting
Ability to review records and produce clear, structured reports
Willingness to attend court if necessary
