We pay at £17.25 per hour with paid travel time, mileage, and lots of additional benefits!

Day to day role:
Travelling locally to visit clients in their own homes, you will support them to live a full and enriched life. You will support them throughout the day and help them to feel settled and cared for in their home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Drive clients to appointments, social activities, or errands as required
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients
- Assist with housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
- Qualifications:
- No previous experience is required as we provide full-award winning training by our two, full time experienced in-house trainers.Be respected, valued, appreciated for the work you do. Work with the best. Work with Westmorland Homecare.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- A valid driving license is required for transportation duties.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is essential
- Ability to work independently while also being part of a team when necessary
