Job Description
Discusses customer and corporate client requirements and advises them on the catering services, menu options and hospitality solutions offered by the business
· quotes prices, event schedules, delivery arrangements and payment terms, and coordinates catering services, food deliveries and event requirements where appropriate
· makes follow-up visits and maintains regular contact with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business and secure further commercial orders
· stays abreast of market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences, and suggests possible improvements to products, promotional offers and services
· maintains records and accounts of sales achieved, prepares sales reports, and handles customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
