JOB TITLE: Social & Digital Assistant Marketing Manager
SALARY: £40,824 - £45,360
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy.
We’re looking for a high-performing, self-starting social and digital marketer who can take ownership and deliver at pace. You’ll be comfortable operating in a fast paced environment, proactively finding opportunities, and driving activity forward with minimal direction.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced team, able to prioritise effectively, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver high-quality output. With a strong performance mindset, you’ll use data to optimise campaigns, improve ROI and drive measurable commercial outcomes.
This is a full-time opportunity within the Brands, Marketing & Experience (BMX) team, delivering standout marketing across social and digital channels to engage UK businesses and help deliver against our marketing and commercial goals.
Managing social channels across multiple brands and platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit and YouTube, delivering high-quality organic and paid content through social management tools.

Comfortable analysing platform and analytical data (e.g. Meta, Linkedin campaign manager, Adobe analytics, power bi or similar)
