About the Role
We are looking for a chef (sous level or cap wanting to step up) to cover a number of days per week our morning breakfast and lunch shift. The role is effectively an independent position with help from a kitchen assistant.
The role is part time for up to 25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Run the service for breakfast and lunch
Contribute to the innovation of the menu on a regular basis
Maintain strong food cost control, stock management, and supplier relationships
Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met
Collaborate with events and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless servic
About You
Proven experience as an independent chef or desire to
Reliable and professional with strong team player attitude
Highly organised
Solid understanding of classic European cuisines and techniques
Commercially aware, with excellent cost control skills
Passionate about being part of a kitchen team
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
