Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Exterior Cleaning Operative to join our team. Duties
- Clean and maintain external surfaces such as windows, walls, roofs, driveways, and patios using appropriate tools and cleaning agents.
- Assess each site to determine the most effective cleaning methods and equipment required.
- Ensure all work areas are kept safe and tidy during and after operations, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate with clients professionally to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service.
- Report any issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain all cleaning equipment in good working order through regular checks and basic maintenance.
Skills
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record is required to facilitate travel between sites.
- Strong communication skills in English for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Good organisational skills to plan daily tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights safely.
