Probitas Window Cleaning Ltd are looking for a conscientious, reliable Window & Exterior Cleaning Operative to help us deliver exceptional service across Nottingham and the surrounding areas. What You’ll Do Day‑to‑Day
- Clean windows using the water‑fed pole systems (95% of the role) and on occasions, traditional methods
- Carry out gutter cleaning using ladders or vacuum systems (not essential)
- Clean fascias, soffits, cladding, and signage
- Deliver a friendly, professional service to residential (90%) and commercial clients (10%)
Hours & Flexibility
- Minimum 16 hours per week plus overtime
- Overtime will be expected to meet demand
- Daily van collection at 8:30am from NG2 4EE & return using our secure key lockbox system
- Occasional early starts and flexibility required depending on client location, weather etc
Tech & Tools
- Use your smartphone to access and update job information via our CRM app
Safety & Standards
- In-house training in safe use of telescopic poles, ladders etc cleaning
- Comply with Health & Safety policies, risk assessments & method statements

Who We’re Looking For

- Someone who takes pride in delivering high‑quality results
- Previous 1 years experience working as a window cleaner
- Hold a Full clean UK driving Licence
- Must be 25 or older for insurance purpose
