A client of ours in the Colchester area are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time temporary to permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week) and paying up to £13.62 per hour.
Your key duties in this Customer Service Advisor role will include but are not limited to:

Providing excellent customer service and handling customer queries professionally

Accurately entering and transferring data between internal systems

Reviewing and checking customer information to ensure accuracy and compliance

Processing customer payments and handling sensitive information in line with GDPR regulations

Liaising with customers via telephone and email to resolve issues and provide updates
-
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is processed correctly

Working towards individual and team KPI targets

Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required

Managing a wide variety of customer interactions, including more challenging conversations, in a calm, professional and resilient manner
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
-
Previous experience in a customer service and/or administration role

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and provide a positive customer experience

Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner

Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience, resilience and professionalism

Friendly and approachable personality with a genuine enjoyment of working as part of a team
