At Project Group we are seeking a visionary able to abstract creative concepts into tangible realities. You have a creative flair and the ability to bring ideas to life.
Lead the design and production of high-quality marketing and sales support materials.
To support the sales/estimating teams, designing a variety of creative assets/client proposals that projects a premium image of the Project Group brand and wider business divisions to external stakeholders and clients.
Work closely with the Group Marketing Director to create a brand vision that can be translated across all marketing channels, ensuring design is refined, elevated and on brand.
Refine and evolve existing brand guidelines, templates, and assets to assist in consistent and compelling designs across all channels.
Grow and nurture a creative team that is capable of producing innovative and impactful work.
Hours: Mon – Thurs: 8:30am – 17:30, Fri: 8.30am – 4pm
Location: Flexible working with occasional travel to our Manchester/Darlington office
Key Responsibilities:
Designing a wide variety of printed and/or digital materials:
- Designing and producing visual assets for digital platforms (e-commerce website, email, division websites, social media platforms) client brochures, sales and estimating proposals, product catalogues and other publications
- Determine, agree and communicate the parameters of the Design remit to the business
- Lead the creative thinking on all large-scale Design team projects
- Ensuring that all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
- Collaborating with the different teams and departments to create compelling visuals that align with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
- Ensuring consistent branding across various touchpoints, including print and digital materials.
- Collaborating with the digital and buying teams to maintain and update the website, creating an elevated digital experience.
- Managing multiple design projects, adhering to tight deadlines, and maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, either in-house or at an agency
- Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer in the property/residential/interior market would be advantageous but not a requirement
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A deep understanding of the industry’s trends and aesthetics.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be resourceful and highly organised with an ability to learn and work independently
- An excellent team player – this role will require strong communications across multiple departments.
- A self-starter with adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Positive and proactive when faced with challenges and problems.
- Full driving Licence

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
