Your Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assisting clients with mobility and daily living activities
- Supporting with medication administration in line with care plans
- Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration
- Offering companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and promote wellbeing
- Encouraging independence and participation in daily activities
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns promptly
- Ensuring clients live in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping trips, or social outings where required
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, patient, and compassionate nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills for care documentation
- Previous experience in care is beneficial but not essential — full training provided
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable
